Annual Meeting

The Ames Figure Skating Club’s Annual Meeting is more than just a meeting—it’s an opportunity to connect, contribute, and celebrate with our skating community. AFSC's annual meeting is usually the second or third week in June.
Why should you attend?

• Stay informed: Get updates on Club activities, programs, finances, and upcoming events.
• Share your voice: Provide input and vote on important matters, including board member elections.
• Celebrate together: Recognize the achievements of our skaters, coaches, and volunteers.
• Plan for the future: Learn about new initiatives and how you can be involved.

This event is also a chance to enjoy time with your Club family over a meal! The meeting is usually potluck-style, with the Club providing the main course, such as pizza or burgers. Bring a dish to share and make it a fun and welcoming evening for everyone.
Your participation makes a difference in shaping the future of our Club, and we encourage all members—skaters, parents, and supporters—to join us.
