Events
Welcome to AFSC's Events!
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we require all participants to complete two important forms:
- Insurance Waiver
This form is essential for protecting our skaters, coaches, and spectators. It’s a quick process that helps us maintain a safe environment during events. - Likeness Consent Form
At AFSC events, we love to capture the action and celebrate our community through photos and videos. By signing this form, you grant us permission to include you in our event highlights, whether it’s a snapshot for our social media or a feature in our promotional materials.
